ArmaProtect™ FW1
ArmaProtect™ FW1 is a flexible, fabric-based firestop wrap engineered to restore and maintain the fire-resistance rating of walls and floors at service penetrations. Constructed from a glass filament fabric composite with a specialized intumescent coating on both the inside and outside, it provides firestopping for combustible/non-combustible pipes, conduit bundles, and cable runs.
When exposed to heat during a fire event, the coating reacts and expands to form an insulating seal that closes off annular gaps and crushes collapsing pipes, preventing the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases.

Primary Applications
- Pipe Penetrations: Sealing non-combustible pipes (steel, copper) up to dia <323.9mm with combustible thermal insulation, as well as plastic/composite pipes.
- Cable & Conduit Runs: Firestopping single cables, cable bundles, cable trays, conduits, and conduit bundles passing through fire-rated walls and floors.
- Wall & Floor Penetrations: Compartmentation sealing in flexible walls, solid masonry/concrete walls, and concrete floor slabs.
